XCC's solution consists of several phases: first, an analysis of existing processes related to employee management is conducted to identify areas for improvement. Then, the Work.com platform is configured to manage processes such as onboarding new employees, performance evaluation, offboarding, and organizational charts.
To personalize the processes, the Platform module is used. Additionally, to integrate employee information such as personal details, payroll, and skills from various company ERP systems, the Mulesoft platform is employed, which standardizes payment models across different involved nations. This enables a comprehensive and up-to-date view of Employee information.
Furthermore, through integration with the company's ERP systems, all relevant employee information is retrieved.
