XCC tackled the challenge of creating a unified CRM platform to integrate the various companies within the Renovars Group, enhance customer engagement, and streamline operational processes. Through a holistic approach, Renovars analyzed business processes, configured Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules, and introduced Partner Community portals for more effective collaboration. Integration with tools such as Easy4Cloud's CTI and Mulesoft module made interactions smoother and facilitated the harmonization of legacy systems. Results include a 360-degree view of customer data, business unification, intensified opportunities among companies, improved operational efficiency, and strengthened group cohesion. Integration with the existing application ecosystem successfully complemented the solution proposed by XCC, positioning the Group for continuous development and further business synergies.
